Adidas Turns to Instagram to Design Shoes with its “adidas Running” Poll #heretocreate

Adidas Running  Poll Taking Your Vote for 24-hours Only

You love your Adidas, love the style, the brand, the legacy but sometimes, you wish the design was just so. Adidas heard you and starting today and for 24-hours only through the “adidas Running” initiative, you’ll have a chance to make your voice heard. The athletic brand gives back the power to its community, to create and vote on its favorite shoe design and gives them a chance to walk away with a pair of the limited edition iconic brand winning style.

How does it work

Adidas fans can partake in the design process by voting for their favorite style by voting today on Instagram @adidasrunning starting at 11 AM EST. The countdown is on. The winning model will be will be produced as a limited-edition model with only 50 pairs of the shoe created, which means that you won’t see the style in the story near you but all adidas Running participants will have a chance to walk away with one of the winning numbered pairs at final countdown.

“We are a creator brand first and foremost and we want to harness and celebrate the creativity of our social media community,” said Philipp Schapitz, Director Communications, adidas Running. The social initiative enables our worldwide community to create one specific shoe pattern through a series of customizable options, including, the ultra-cushioned BOOST midsole which for the first time is available for customization in black.

adidas Running  voting poll is  live today for 24 hours from 11 am EST on November 9, closing at 5 pm November 10.  The poll runs through the adidas Running Instagram channel at and is using the hashtag #heretocreate.
