Adobe (Nasdaq:ADBE) plans to further attract video creatives with its release of the Adobe Creative Cloud update made available today. The company new features promise to deliver better color refining, an improved graphics and audio crafting creative process, VR tools, integration with Adobe Stock and an advanced artificial intelligence, all powered by Adobe Sensei. And since creative work is always a collaborative process, a simplified collaborative platform.
“Adobe video apps like Premiere Pro and After Effects give them that power which, combined with the services available in Creative Cloud, provides broadcasters, media companies, filmmakers, and YouTubers a complete ecosystem to bring their stories to screen faster than ever,” said Steven Warner, vice president of digital video and audio at Adobe in a press statement.
Adobe is counting on its growing popularity with filmmakers and the demand for videos in multiple industries.
As reported by The Scope Weekly, a growing number of industry-leading professional editors and filmmakers such as Steven Soderbergh are using Adobe Premiere Pro CC to bring their creative visions to life. Just look at The Florida Project, Unsane, Mosaic, Only the Brave and 6 Below; indie hits RBG, Clara’s Ghost and Search and the award-winning series MINDHUNTER and Atlanta, as perfect examples of this trend.
“The demands and pace of video content creation are reaching levels we’ve never seen before. The time pressure on video professionals means the need for powerful and efficient creative tools has never been greater,” said Warner. “Adobe video apps like Premiere Pro and After Effects give them that power which, combined with the services available in Creative Cloud, provides broadcasters, media companies, filmmakers and YouTubers a complete ecosystem to bring their stories to screen faster than ever.”
