Delivering a joyful and heartfelt performance, Jack reinvented some of his beloved classics and added a new breath of inspiration both to his overall catalog and his new songs. Oh and let’s not forget an ode to some of his inspirations. Playing The Joker by the Steve Miller Band and the Tom Petty classic You Don’t Know How It Feels, for which Bahamas’ lead singer Alfie Jurvane was invited to join, and for good showmanship throwing in a comical song about his experience with the iconic Willie Nelson, Jack Johnson, and his band gave an inspired performance to an adoring crowd, young and old. Bravo!
Today’s lineup at Jazz Aspen Snowmass: Zac Brown Band, Gary Clark Jr., and The Record Company.
