World Whisky Day, founded by expert whisky professional Scotsman Blair Bowman, is an annual, global day of whisky that invites everyone to try a dram (or a can!) and celebrate the water of life. Taking place annually on the third Saturday in May, this special occasion is celebrated by whisky lovers worldwide with tastings, events, and gatherings.
Bees are increasingly under threat from human activities. To raise awareness of the importance of these pollinators, the threats they face, and their contribution to sustainable development, the UN designated May 20th as World Bee Day.
