Last night, the Iowa-born, Nashville-based country star Hailey Whitters continued her rapid ascent, winning “New Female Artist of the Year” at the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards. Whitters also took the stage for a performance of her recently RIAA Gold-Certified hit single “Everything She Ain’t,” which currently sits at #22 on the Country Radio charts and at #23 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

“This is for that girl growing up in the cornfield in the middle of nowhere Iowa with the pipe dream of one day being on country radio. Being fifteen years in a 10-year-town and still hanging onto the hope that this next song could turn it all around,” said Hailey Whitters during her acceptance speech.

“…one of the most appealing country singers and songwriters working today.”
– New Yorker

“…it’s almost as if the Iowa native was created in the heavens above for
this very moment.” – People

“…one of the most promising and exciting songwriters rising on the horizon
of country music.” – The Boot
